美国政治发展研究学派对“弱国家”神话的解构

【摘要】：美国政治发展研究是20世纪80年代兴起的、深受历史学影响的政治学分支领域。近些年来,美国政治发展研究学派的学者从新的角度审视美国行政国家发展的历程,否定了传统政治史中关于"早期美国国家能力弱小"的假说。该学派认为,国家能力的强大也是美国政治传统的一部分,这与美国的自由主义传统并不矛盾,相反,有效的国家行政能力与自由主义政治传统的结合,恰恰体现了美国国家建设历程和治理方式的独特性。
[Abstract]:The study of American political development is a branch of political science which is deeply influenced by history. In recent years, the scholars of American School of political Development have examined the course of the development of American administrative country from a new angle, and denied the hypothesis of "weak national capacity in early America" in the traditional political history. The school holds that the strength of national power is also part of the American political tradition, which is not in contradiction with the liberal tradition of the United States. On the contrary, the combination of effective national administrative capacity and liberal political tradition, It precisely reflects the unique course of American national construction and the way of governance.
