基于供需视角对上海市医养结合机构的调查分析及对策研究

【摘要】：近年来在国家以及地方政府的重视和政策引导下,我国医养结合体系快速发展,但同时医养结合服务的供需失衡问题也严重阻碍了其发展进程。文章基于对上海市医养结合机构的实地调查和深入访谈,分析上海市医养结合机构的供需结构,提出从政策资金扶持、医养服务规范、医护需求评估、长效补偿机制以及人才队伍建设等方面着手促进我国医养结合服务体系的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the guidance of national and local governments, the system of combination of medical and maintenance has developed rapidly in China, but the imbalance of supply and demand of medical and nursing services has also seriously hindered its development process. Based on the field investigation and in-depth interview, the paper analyzes the supply and demand structure of Shanghai medical and support institutions, and puts forward the following aspects: policy fund support, medical and nursing service standard, and medical needs assessment. The long-term compensation mechanism and the construction of talent team will promote the sustainable development of the medical-maintenance service system in our country.
