论构建人类命运共同体的基本遵循

【摘要】：构建人类命运共同体事关全世界人民的福祉,国际社会为此形成了一些公认的、行之有效的行为准则,包括国家主权平等原则、通过协商谈判解决争端原则、平等使用国际法原则、世界命运共同主宰原则等。基于对上述原则的认识并结合时代发展的要求,我们提供了构建人类命运共同体的中国主张、中国方案,并贡献了切实可行的实践路径。
[Abstract]:The building of a community of human destinies is a matter for the well-being of the peoples of the world, for which the international community has developed a number of recognized and effective norms of conduct, including the principle of the sovereign equality of States and the principle of negotiated and negotiated settlement of disputes, The principle of equal use of international law and the principle of common domination of world destiny.
