论习近平构建网络空间命运共同体思想

【摘要】：站在全球互联网发展治理的高度,习近平提出了构建网络空间命运共同体思想。构建网络空间命运共同体是构建人类命运共同体在网络空间发展衍变的逻辑必然,其核心主旨在于践行五大发展理念,让人民共享网络发展成果形成网上网下同心圆,尊重网络主权实现不同主体良性互动;其实现策略及教育路径在于构建以互联互通为目标的网络设施共同体,以互鉴交流为导向的网络文化共同体,以秩序公平为基准的网络安全共同体,以社会主义核心价值观为引领的网络教育共同体。
[Abstract]:Standing at the height of global Internet development governance, Xi Jinping put forward the idea of constructing cyberspace destiny community. The construction of cyberspace destiny community is a logical necessity for the evolution of human destiny community in cyberspace. Its core purpose is to practice the five development concepts and to make people share the fruits of network development to form a concentric circle between the Internet and the Internet. Respect for the sovereignty of the network to realize the benign interaction of different subjects, its realization strategy and education path lies in the establishment of network facilities community with the goal of interconnection, and the network culture community oriented by mutual learning and exchange. The network security community based on order and fairness and the network education community guided by socialist core values.
