抗战胜利后中国海军收复西沙、南沙群岛经过与评析

【摘要】：抗日战争胜利后,中国政府根据《开罗宣言》和《波茨坦公告》的有关规定,派海军收复西沙群岛和南沙群岛,有效阻止了法国殖民者企图侵占西沙群岛的野心,捍卫了国家的领土主权和海洋权益,向世人证实了中国对南海诸岛拥有无可争辩的主权。迄今这一行动虽已过去70年,但本文利用当时媒体报道的第一手资料,以及参与收复工作的当事人的回忆,如实地回顾收复行动的经过和情境,以使国人铭记中国海军维护祖国领土主权的不朽业绩。中国收复西沙群岛和南沙群岛当时在国际上引起了正面的反响,但是随后在冷战背景下《旧金山对日和约》缔结的过程中,中国对西沙群岛和南沙群岛的主权被美国为首的一些西方国家有意无意地加以模糊和损害,造成了此后南海争端的复杂局面。
[Abstract]:After the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, the Chinese Government, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Cairo Declaration and the Potsdam Proclamation, sent the navy to recover the Xisha Islands and the Nansha Islands, effectively preventing the French colonists from attempting to occupy the Xisha Islands. It has defended the country's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and proved China's indisputable sovereignty over the South China Sea Islands. Although it has been 70 years since this operation, this article uses first-hand information reported by the media at that time, as well as the memories of the parties involved in the recovery work, to look back truthfully on the course and situation of the recovery operation. In order to enable the Chinese people to remember the Chinese navy to safeguard the motherland's territorial sovereignty of the immortal performance. China's recapture of the Paracel Islands and the Nansha Islands caused a positive international response at that time, but then in the process of concluding the Treaty of Peace between San Francisco and Japan in the context of the Cold War, China's sovereignty over the Paracel Islands and the Nansha Islands was deliberately and unintentionally blurred and undermined by some Western countries led by the United States, resulting in a complicated situation in the South China Sea dispute since then.
