【摘要】：把人民群众作为首要的价值主体和价值目标是中国共产党的崇高选择。通过对中国共产党以人民为中心的发展思想的梳理与考察,可以将其建构特性集中归纳为四个方面,即:把握规律性,突出人民群众是历史发展和社会进步的主体力量;贯彻系统性,突出群众路线是中国共产党的根本工作路线;注重中和性,全方位推进以人民为中心的发展;富于开放性,学习借鉴人类社会创造的优秀文明成果。

Through combing and investigating the development thought of the Communist Party of China with the people as the center, the construction characteristic of the CPC can be summarized into four aspects: grasp the law, highlight the masses is the main force of the historical development and social progress; To carry out the system and highlight the mass line is the fundamental work line of the CPC; to pay attention to neutralization, to promote the people-centered development in all directions; to be open and to learn from the outstanding achievements of civilization created by human society.
