老龄群体社会服务资源获取的互助型路径选择——以无偿献血制度为借鉴

【摘要】：随着中国人口老龄化的加速,养老服务的供需矛盾日益突出。社会养老服务体系的资源获取可借鉴相对比较成熟的无偿献血管理制度中的激励机制和管理模式,通过互助养老的方式,调动民众广泛参与的积极性。国家通过相关政策和制度的支持,明确参与民众的权益,激励相关群体的参与热情,促进社会养老保障事业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the accelerated aging of the population in China, the contradiction between supply and demand of pension services is becoming increasingly prominent. The acquisition of resources in the social pension service system can draw lessons from the relatively mature incentive mechanism and management model of the free blood donation management system and mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses to participate widely through the way of mutual support for the aged. Through the support of relevant policies and systems, the state clearly participates in the rights and interests of the people, encourages the participation enthusiasm of relevant groups, and promotes the sustainable development of social pension security.
