秦汉以来中国古代选官制度演进研究

【摘要】:以秦汉至明清时期不同阶段占主导地位的选官制度即察举制、九品中正制和科举制为对象,研究这些选官制度的演进可以发现,选官制度在具体选官标准、选拔方式以及防范舞弊措施等方面都在发生变化,但同时在2个方面又一以贯之:一是选官的根本标准,即与君主专制政体和农耕社会生产方式相适应的德与才;二是不论制度设计多么成熟,选官制度都会因监督约束力量的缺位和软弱以及社会政治形势的变化而走向僵化,最终被淘汰。
[Abstract]:Taking the system of selecting officials in different periods from the Qin and Han dynasties to the Ming and Qing dynasties as the dominant system, namely, the system of selecting officials, the nine systems of official selection and the system of imperial examination as the objects, the evolution of these systems of selecting officials can be found that the system of selecting officials is in the specific standard of selecting officials. The selection methods and the measures to prevent fraud are changing, but at the same time, they are consistent in two aspects: the first is the basic standard of selecting officials, that is, the virtue and talent adapted to the autocratic monarchy and the mode of production of farming society; Secondly, no matter how mature the system is, the system of selecting officials will become rigid because of the absence and weakness of supervision and restraint and the change of social and political situation, and will eventually be eliminated.
