吉林省老年人口健康状况研究

【摘要】：健康不单是指没有疾病、没有残疾，而是表现在生理、心理以及社会三个方面的完好状态。通过健康自评，能够对上述三项进行全面综合的反映。随着老年人口数的不断上升，关于老年人口的健康问题已经成为国家政策制定的重点内容之一，老年人口健康，在一定程度上体现了一个国家或地区经济发展水平的高低。无论国内国外，关于老年人口健康的影响因素，都对其进行了全面重点的研究，但是其影响因素错综复杂，虽然国内外学者对其都进行了深入分析，为后面的进一步研究奠定了基础，但是仍然存在一定不足。对于吉林省老年人口来说，随着老龄化情况不断加重，，需要对其中的影响因素进行系统分析，从而针对影响因素采取必要的解决措施。 本篇文章主要是以吉林省老年人口为研究对象，利用2010年吉林省第六次人口普查数据中老年人口健康自评的数据，通过对影响吉林省老年人口健康影响因素的全面分析，其中影响因素包括：性别差异、年龄差异、婚姻差异，以及地区差异等，从而得出影响因素的真实情况，同时，提出了相应的解决对策。实际上，吉林省老年人整体状况较好，但是面对未来不断加剧的老龄化情况，对于老年人口健康问题需重点关注，并加快完善老年人的社会医疗卫生保障机制，从而为老年人口构建一个优良的生活环境，确保老年人能够获得较好的医疗卫生服务。
[Abstract]:Health refers not only to the absence of disease and disability, but also to physical, psychological and social health. By self-assessment of health, the above three items can be comprehensively reflected. With the continuous increase of the number of the elderly population, the health of the elderly population has become one of the key issues in the formulation of national policies. To some extent, the health of the elderly population reflects the level of economic development of a country or region. Both at home and abroad, the factors affecting the health of the elderly population have been studied in a comprehensive and focused way, but the influencing factors are complex, although they have been deeply analyzed by domestic and foreign scholars. It lays a foundation for further research, but there are still some shortcomings. For the elderly population in Jilin Province, with the increasing aging situation, it is necessary to make a systematic analysis of the influencing factors, so as to take necessary measures to solve the problems. This article mainly takes the old population of Jilin Province as the research object, using the data of the sixth population Census of Jilin Province in 2010, through the comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of the elderly population health in Jilin Province, using the data of the health self-assessment of the elderly population in the sixth population Census of Jilin Province in 2010. The influencing factors include gender difference, age difference, marriage difference and regional difference. As a matter of fact, the overall situation of the elderly in Jilin Province is relatively good, but in the face of the growing aging situation in the future, it is necessary to focus on the health problems of the elderly population and speed up the improvement of the social medical and health security mechanism for the elderly. In order to establish a good living environment for the elderly population, to ensure that the elderly can get better medical and health services.
