【摘要】："四个全面"战略布局的提出是在深入研究马克思主义哲学中逐步形成的,这是继科学发展观之后我国理论发展的最新成果,也是我国继续推进中国特色社会主义国家发展所取得的突出成就。"四个全面"是一个发展的过程同时也是一种社会发展理念,充分运用马克思主义发展的内容解读"四个全面"能够为全面发展和重点发展提出一些科学发展的对策。

It is also the outstanding achievement that our country continues to promote the development of socialist country with Chinese characteristics. " "four all-round" is not only a process of development, but also a concept of social development. Fully using the content of Marxism to interpret "four all-round" can put forward some scientific development countermeasures for all-round development and key development.
