【摘要】：中央提出的"丝绸之路经济带"战略构想,贯通欧亚,泽被深远。它不仅为被划入建设范畴的内蒙古自治区和黑龙江省带来了难得的历史机遇,也为分布在这两省区的鄂温克族带来了千载难逢的发展契机。对此,在国家和各级政府扶持的基础上,鄂温克族必须找准其在未来大政策环境中的定位,挖掘自身潜力,只有这样才能开创民族发展的崭新未来。
[Abstract]:The Central Committee put forward the "Silk Road Economic Belt" strategic concept, through Eurasia, is far-reaching. It not only brings a rare historical opportunity for Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and Heilongjiang Province, but also brings a rare opportunity for the Ewenki people who are distributed in these two provinces. Therefore, on the basis of the support of the state and the governments at all levels, the Ewenki people must find out their position in the future big policy environment and tap their own potential. Only in this way can the Ewenki nationality develop into a new future.
