【摘要】：对广西通关实际情况进行测评可知,广西通关便利化水平偏低,其原因是广西港口通关基础设施建设滞后、通关审批流程复杂、通关监管政策透明度低、电子通关能力不强。对此,应加快港口的通关基础设施及配套设施建设,推广“通关一体化”简化通关手续,提高通关监管政策透明度,加强电子口岸建设。

In view of this, we should speed up the construction of port customs infrastructure and supporting facilities, popularize "customs clearance integration" to simplify customs clearance procedures, improve the transparency of customs clearance supervision policies, and strengthen the construction of electronic ports.
