构建以需求为导向的农村留守老人社会支持体系

【摘要】：正我国六成老龄人口住在农村,其中,60岁及以上农村留守老人高达5 000万〔1〕。如何满足广大农村留守老人的基本需求,不断提高他们的生活质量,不但是着力改善民生的现实需要,也是积极应对人口老龄化的必然要求。必须构建以留守老人基本需求为导向的多层次、立体化社会支持体系。1农村留守老人生活和社会支持现状1.1农村留守老人生活现状1.1.1劳务繁重农村留守老人承受着下地耕作和照看孙辈
