人类命运共同体:跨越“修昔底德陷阱”的自信、智慧与担当

【摘要】：人类历史上,很多新兴大国与守成大国之间因为大国权力更替而往往发生战争,陷入"修昔底德陷阱"。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次论及这一"陷阱",指出中国不会陷入"修昔底德陷阱",并进而在联大演讲中提出构建人类命运共同体构想。实质上,"修昔底德陷阱"是一种历史现象而非历史规律,人类命运共同体既是中国国际秩序观的集中阐释,更是为实现中华民族伟大复兴、和平崛起开出的一剂良方,充分体现了我们国家跨越"修昔底德陷阱"的自信、智慧与担当。
[Abstract]:In the history of mankind, many new powers and conservative powers are often at war because of the change of power, and fall into the "Thucydides trap". Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has repeatedly talked about the "trap", pointing out that China will not fall into the "Thucydides trap" and putting forward the idea of building a community of human destinies in a speech to the UN General Assembly. In essence, "Thucydides Trap" is a historical phenomenon rather than a historical law. The Community of Human Destiny is not only a centralized interpretation of China's view of international order, but also a good prescription for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the peaceful rise of the Chinese nation. It fully embodies the confidence, wisdom and responsibility of our country over the Thucydides Trap.
