城乡一体化进程中农民职业变迁研究

【摘要】：自从改革开放以来,我国社会经济的方方面面都发生了巨大的变化,其中农民的职业流动与转变也发生了显著改变。尤其是近些年来,随着城市化程度加深、农业现代化水平的提高以及城乡一体化建设的快速发展,农民职业流动与分化也呈现加速变动态势,主要体现在农民职业的分层越来越细、农业职业化特征越来越明显。但是由于我国长期处在传统的农业社会,建国后又受制于城乡分割的二元经济社会体制,农民就业机会少、就业途径有限、职业技能和自身素质有待提高等问题依然突出,成为影响我国城乡一体化进程中缩小城乡差异、提高农民收入、改善农民生活的突出问题。农村剩余劳动力从传统农业生产向非农产业的转变、农民进入城市生活转从而变为城镇居民,是一个国家经济社会实现现代化的必然要求。我国作为一个农村人口占绝大多数的农业大国,在城乡一体化进程中从审视农民职业转变与流动过程的视角出发研究农民问题,分析农民职业变迁的现状及其过程中产生的各种问题,并基于调研的结果和对调研数据的统计分析提出针对农民职业变迁的可行性建议,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先对论文中涉及到的一些概念作了界定,在对大量书籍资料进行文献研究,并结合对调研数据进行统计分析的基础上,以农民职业变迁问题为主题,以城乡一体化进程为背景,以理性选择、生存理性等社会学理论作为理论依据,综合运用城市社会学、农村社会学等相关的社会学理论知识,首先对农民自发的职业变动过程进行概述,分析传统社会中我国农民职业流动与转变的状态与特点。然后对我国当前城乡一体化进程中的农民职业变迁现状进行剖析,并结合调研数据从微观层面对农民职业变迁的具体情况进行分析研究,探讨农民职业变迁与城乡一体化进程的相互关系。从理论和实证两个角度,在城乡一体化的背景下分析农民职业变迁的行为决策及其影响因素,并在这些研究的基础之上找出存在于我国农民职业流动与转变过程中的主要问题。最后针对农民职业变迁过程中存在的问题和影响因素进行分析,得出研究结论和相关的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, great changes have taken place in all aspects of the social economy in our country, in which the occupational mobility and transformation of farmers have also undergone significant changes. Especially in recent years, with the deepening of urbanization, the improvement of the level of agricultural modernization and the rapid development of urban-rural integration, the occupational mobility and differentiation of farmers have also shown an accelerated change. Mainly reflected in the layer of farmers more and more fine, the characteristics of agricultural professionalism is more and more obvious. However, because our country has been in the traditional agricultural society for a long time, after the founding of the people's Republic of China, it is restricted by the dual economic and social system divided between urban and rural areas. It has become a prominent problem affecting the process of urban-rural integration in China to narrow the differences between urban and rural areas, improve farmers' income and improve farmers' lives. The transformation of rural surplus labor force from traditional agricultural production to non-agricultural industry, peasants into urban life to become urban residents, is a national economic and social modernization of the inevitable requirements. As a large agricultural country with the vast majority of rural population, China studies farmers' problems from the perspective of examining the process of farmers' professional transformation and mobility in the process of integration of urban and rural areas. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the current situation of farmers' occupational change and the problems arising in its process, and based on the results of investigation and statistical analysis of investigation data, put forward some feasible suggestions for the change of peasants' occupation. First of all, this paper defines some concepts involved in the thesis. On the basis of literature research on a large number of books and data, and on the basis of statistical analysis of investigation data, this paper focuses on the issue of farmers' career change. Taking the process of urban-rural integration as the background, taking rational choice, survival rationality and other sociological theories as the theoretical basis, the author makes comprehensive use of the related sociological theories such as urban sociology, rural sociology, and so on. Firstly, this paper summarizes the process of farmers' spontaneous career change, and analyzes the status and characteristics of farmers' occupational mobility and transformation in the traditional society. Then it analyzes the current situation of farmers' professional change in the process of urban-rural integration in China, and analyzes the specific situation of farmers' occupational change from the micro-level according to the investigation data. This paper discusses the relationship between the change of peasants' occupation and the process of integration of urban and rural areas. From the perspective of theory and demonstration, this paper analyzes the behavioral decision-making of farmers' career change and its influencing factors under the background of integration of urban and rural areas, and on the basis of these studies, finds out the main problems existing in the process of farmers' occupational mobility and transformation in China. Finally, the problems and influencing factors in the process of farmers' career change are analyzed, and the research conclusions and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are drawn.
