【摘要】：全面建成小康社会的目标就意味着培育一个庞大的中产阶层,但现实是目前我国中产阶层的发展面临着比重过低、中产阶层在收入分配中所处位置不稳定、升力不足等诸多困境。因此,扩大中产阶层必须多措并举、迎难而上。
