长沙市岳麓区社区公共文化建设问题研究

【摘要】：社区文化建设水平与居民生活的质量是密不可分的,它作为社会主义文化的基础,不仅决定了居民生活的质量,而且会影响社区以及整个社会的稳定。本文在国内外学者的研究基础之上,运用城市社区文化建设的理论,结合我国城市社区文化建设的现状,以长沙市岳麓区社区文化建设的发展为案例,研究了我国城市社区文化建设的问题及改善措施。本文首先对研究背景和目的,以及理论和现实意义进行了深刻的分析,接着整合了国内外学者的相关研究,通过具体形象的文章框架的研究思路图概括了本文研究的系统的思路和研究方法,进而分析了本文研究的创新之处和不足。接着分析了城市社区文化建设的相关理论基础,从理论的层面分析了城市社区文化建设的含义和基本原则。进而论述了当前阶段我国在城市社区文化建设的相关过程中的实际情况和所存在的一些问题,并进一步指出了问题的成因。之后结合实际,分析了长沙市岳麓区社区文化建设的现状、存在的问题以及原因,通过对岳麓区社区文化建设的相关数据进行分析整理,找到了问题的根源,并以此为鉴,强调了加强城市社区文化建设的重要性。进而提出了完善我国城市社区文化建设的相关政策措施。
[Abstract]:The construction level of community culture is inextricably related to the quality of residents' life. As the foundation of socialist culture, it not only determines the quality of residents' life, but also affects the stability of the community and the whole society. Based on the research of scholars both at home and abroad, this paper applies the theory of urban community culture construction and the current situation of urban community culture construction in China, taking the development of community culture construction in Yuelu District of Changsha City as an example. This paper studies the problems and improvement measures of urban community culture construction in China. This paper first makes a deep analysis of the research background and purpose, as well as the theoretical and practical significance, and then integrates the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars, This paper generalizes the systematic train of thought and research method of this paper, and then analyzes the innovation and deficiency of this paper through the concrete image of the research frame of the research train of thought diagram. Then it analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of urban community cultural construction, and analyzes the meaning and basic principles of urban community cultural construction from the theoretical level. Then it discusses the actual situation and some problems existing in the process of urban community culture construction in our country at present, and further points out the causes of the problems. After that, the author analyzes the current situation, existing problems and reasons of the community culture construction in Yuelu District of Changsha City. Through analyzing and sorting out the relevant data of the community culture construction in Yuelu District, this paper finds out the root causes of the problem, and takes this as a reference. It emphasizes the importance of strengthening the construction of urban community culture. Then it puts forward the relevant policies and measures to perfect the construction of urban community culture in our country.
