面向老龄用户的计算机界面交互模式研究

【摘要】:根据国家统计局公布的《2014年国民经济及社会发展统计公报》显示,截止到2014年末,中国65周岁及以上人口为1.38亿,占全国总人口的10.1%。根据世界卫生组织的定义,一个国家65岁及以上人口占全国人口的比率的在7%-14%之间成为老龄化国家。显然,中国已进入老龄化社会,顺应这种趋势,专门针对老龄用户进行的研究在逐步展开。作为人机交互重要的参与用户,生理器官退化、心理素质的原因使得老年人无法像年轻人一样快速掌握当前的各种新科技,交互式系统也不适合老年人的需要或者难以利用。因此,老年人用品需要设计师为其投入更多关注,特别是在界面设计、使用方法、功能、以及色彩等方面。针对以上问题及现状,希望可以研究出更适用于老年人需求的计算机界面交互模式,从而使得更多的老年人在使用计算机的过程中得到高效率及满足感。具体内容主要包括以下几方面:(1)在对人机交互技术和Fitts定律进行理论研究的基础上,设计出包含多种影响因素和交互设备的实验方案。将常见的计算机操作抽象为单击、双击、拖拽以及下拉菜单四种任务范例。(2)编写程序,设计出单击、双击、拖拽以及下拉菜单四种最常用的交互行为,并以此为收集数据的基础。(3)对老年人及其参照组的年轻人测试用户进行数据采样、分析和对比。(4)通过数据分析所得,验证老年人的行为是否符合Fitts定律,并找出适合老年人使用的计算机界面操作模式。该研究与当今社会老龄化现状及需求紧密结合,既可以满足当前中国针对老年人新媒体研究短缺的情况,又可以解决老年人使用当前计算机产品所遭遇的尴尬,具有十分重要的理论意义和广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:According to the 2014 Statistical Bulletin on National Economic and Social Development, published by the National Bureau of Statistics, as of the end of 2014, the population of China aged 65 and above stood at one hundred and thirty seven million nine hundred and ninety nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine, accounting for 10.1 percent of the country's total population. By the definition of the World Health Organization, a country aged 65 years and over accounts for 7% to 14% of the country's population as an aging country. Obviously, China has entered an aging society, and in line with this trend, research is being carried out specifically for older users. As an important participating user of human-computer interaction, the degradation of physiological organs and psychological quality make it impossible for the elderly to master all kinds of new technologies as quickly as the young, and the interactive system is not suitable for the needs of the elderly or difficult to use. As a result, designers need to pay more attention to them, especially in interface design, usage methods, functions, and colors. In view of the above problems and the present situation, we hope to find out the interactive mode of computer interface which is more suitable for the needs of the elderly, so that more elderly people can get high efficiency and satisfaction in the process of using the computer. The main contents are as follows: (1) on the basis of theoretical research on human-computer interaction technology and Fitts law, an experimental scheme including many factors and interactive equipment is designed. Abstract common computer operations into four task examples: click, double-click, drag-and-drop, and drop-down menu. (2) write a program and design the four most commonly used interactions: click, double-click, drag-and-drop, and drop-down menu. (3) sampling, analyzing and comparing the data of the elderly and the young test users of the reference group. (4) through the data analysis, the behavior of the elderly is verified to conform to Fitts's law. And find out the computer interface operation mode suitable for the elderly. This research is closely combined with the current situation and needs of the aging society, which can not only meet the shortage of research on new media for the elderly in China, but also solve the embarrassment encountered by the elderly in the use of current computer products. It has very important theoretical significance and broad application prospect.
