五大发展理念与绿色小城镇建设

【摘要】：当今严重的"城市病"和"农村病"向我们侵袭时,大力推进农村绿色小城镇建设与发展是城镇化发展的有利补充举措。目前,我国绿色小城镇建设不断得到"自上而下"的试点和"自下而上"的尝试。"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的发展理念为绿色小城镇建设的推进提供了新的践行与探索思路。在我国绿色小城镇建设与发展的推进中,"创新"提供了发展原动力,"协调"发挥了催化剂作用,"绿色"锁定了其核心要求,"开放"起到了加速器作用,"共享"明确了建设归宿。
[Abstract]:At present, when the serious "urban disease" and "rural disease" invade us, vigorously promoting the construction and development of rural green small towns is a favorable supplementary measure for the development of urbanization. At present, the construction of green small towns in China has been tried from top to bottom and from bottom to top. " The concept of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing provides a new way of practice and exploration for the construction of green small towns. In the promotion of the construction and development of green small towns in China, "innovation" has provided the driving force for development, "coordination" has played the role of catalyst, "green" has locked its core requirements, and "opening" has played the role of accelerator. "sharing" has defined the end-result of construction.
