【摘要】：正2016年,《俄罗斯东欧中亚研究》将迎来创刊35周年华诞。35年前,《俄罗斯东欧中亚研究》在国际风云变幻中诞生,在杂志前身——《苏联东欧问题》问世之际,时任主编刘克明提出,我们出版这样一个刊物,是为了推动我国学术界开展对苏联东欧问题的研究,交流研究成果,加深我们对苏联东欧问题的认识和了解。23年前,在刊物更名为《东欧中亚研究》并正式公开发行之际,时任主编徐葵提出,我们希望这个刊物,对繁荣和发展我国学术界
