“规则意识”八议

【摘要】：本文以宁波动物园老虎伤人事件为背景,基于常识,通过澄清八个关于规则意识的认识误区,揭示规则意识对于自由、法治的重要意义。自由生活内在具有规则与规则意识。规则及其监管漏洞、他人不守规则、贫穷等,均不能成为违反规则的合理理由。
[Abstract]:Based on the tiger injury incident in Ningbo Zoo and based on common sense, this paper clarifies eight misunderstandings about rule consciousness and reveals the significance of rule consciousness to freedom and rule of law. There are rules and awareness in free life. Rules and their regulatory loopholes, others do not abide by the rules, poverty and so on, can not be a reasonable reason for violating the rules.
