一九六一年中德苏关系变化背景下的马特恩访华

【摘要】：对于1961年马特恩访华事件,中国方面与国外学术界有着不同的叙述和解读。实际上,这是一次单纯的贸易访问,双方并未探讨柏林问题等政治事务。然而,两国关系并未由此接近,反而还恶化了。中方在马特恩访华期间所采取的政治上支持、贸易上实事求是的方针,成为其在很长一段时期内处理与民主德国关系时的基本方针。苏联却对这一事件做出了错误评估,并因此加大了对民主德国援助的力度。
[Abstract]:For Matt's visit to China in 1961, China has different narratives and interpretations from foreign academic circles. In fact, this is a simple trade visit, the two sides did not discuss Berlin and other political affairs. However, the relations between the two countries are not close to this, but have worsened. The policy of political support and seeking truth from facts in trade adopted by China during Matt's visit to China has become its basic policy in handling relations with the GDR for a long time. The Soviet Union, on the other hand, misassessed the incident and stepped up its aid to the GDR.
