成都市中老年人对“医养结合”养老模式认知现状及其影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的研究目前成都市中老年人对"医养结合"养老模式的认知现状,分析影响其选择的因素,为促进成都市"医养结合"模式发展进行宣传,并提出相关政策建议。方法在成都市社区中随机抽取45岁及其以上的中老年人进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计学描述及二元logistic回归分析。结果本次调查中,选择自我和家庭养老的居民比例为91.1%,选择社区和机构养老仅为8.9%。84.9%的居民不了解医养结合养老模式,仅15.1%的居民知道和基本了解,且中年居民知晓率高于老年人,有21.7%的中老年居民有意愿选择医养结合养老模式养老,中年人群高于老年人群,logistic回归分析显示影响成都市社区居民选择医养结合养老模式的因素有文化程度、婚姻情况、是否患慢性病、养老方式、了解情况等因素。结论成都市社区居民对医养结合养老模式知晓程度低,不了解该养老模式的作用和意义,相关部门应加大宣传力度,提高居民知晓率,促进我国医养结合模式有针对性和方向性发展。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the current situation of cognition of "combination of medical and nursing" among middle-aged and elderly in Chengdu, analyze the factors that affect their choice, propagandize and promote the development of "combination of medical and nursing" in Chengdu, and put forward some relevant policy suggestions. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among middle-aged and elderly people aged 45 and over in Chengdu community. The results were statistically described and analyzed by binary logistic regression analysis. Results in this survey, the proportion of residents who chose to provide for the aged by themselves and their families was 91.1%, while the proportion of residents who chose community and institutional pension was only 8.9%. 84.9% of the residents did not understand the mode of providing for the aged by combining medical care with nursing. Only 15.1% of the residents knew and had a basic understanding, and the awareness rate of middle-aged residents was higher than that of the elderly. 21.7% of the middle-aged and elderly residents were willing to choose the mode of medical care combined with providing for the aged, and the middle-aged people were higher than the elderly. Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting Chengdu community residents' choice of medical care combined with pension model were educational level, marriage, chronic disease, pension mode, understanding of the situation and so on. Conclusion Chengdu community residents know little about the mode of medical care and support for the aged, and do not understand the function and significance of the mode of providing for the aged. The relevant departments should step up propaganda and improve the awareness rate of residents. We will promote the targeted and directional development of the mode of combination of medical and nursing care in China.
