《太平洋学报》2018年重点选题方向

【摘要】：正党的"十九大"报告指出:"坚持陆海统筹,加快建设海洋强国""中国特色大国外交要推动构建新型国际关系,推动构建人类命运共同体"。这表明我国坚定发展海洋经济,保护海洋生态环境,坚决维护国家海洋权益,建设海洋强国的决心。在此背景下,结合我刊2018年编委会通讯会议的专家意见,《太平洋学报》确定2018年的重点选题方向如下。
[Abstract]:The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) pointed out: "adhere to the overall planning of land and sea and speed up the building of a strong marine power." the diplomacy of great powers with Chinese characteristics should promote the construction of a new type of international relations and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind. This shows China's determination to firmly develop marine economy, protect marine ecological environment, resolutely safeguard national marine rights and interests, and build a powerful marine country. In this context, combined with the expert opinions of the 2018 editorial Committee Newsletter meeting, the Pacific Journal determines the following key topics for 2018.
