俄罗斯外贝加尔地区的中国移民趋势和发展分析

国际移民作为现代全球和区域移民运动的主要形式,其进程影响国际社会、经济、人口和政治等方面。在现代世界中,关于移民问题的研究以多种范式进行,从多元文化主义到保守主义、从传统到现代的概念方法以及迁徙领域的理论发展并没有详尽分析人口移民的所有可能性,而只是证明了其研究的科学和实际需求在不断增长,研究表达的极端分别是移民的融合和同化。政治和移民之间的相互依存关系日益明显。一般来说,移民是政治上的一种争议现象,一方面提供了加深国家之间交流的机会;另一方面,促进东道国政治变革,调整其社会经济政策以适应移民进程。在上述过程中,移民网络在东道国社会中呈现出双向作用,社会经济政策的调整在帮助移民融入当地社会的同时也阻碍了迁徙者的融合,保持了他们的孤立,并促使迁徙者形成“平行社会”,即拥有自己的文化、治理和教育结构。国家的移民政策有两个目标:一是鼓励公民向国外移民,以缓解本国的社会、经济和人口的“紧张状况”;二是希望获得新的资源和市场。中国就是这种政策的生动例子,即在国外工作的中国人的经济潜力为原籍国现代化和经济发展做出了贡献,并将国外的技能、知识和储蓄转移到中国,促进了中国的现代化进程。各国之间在移民互...
