进口的中国高等教育服务对俄罗斯学生的影响

在当今世界,中俄关系是反映世界形势的最重要指标。这是社会经济和政治局势所依赖的两个最具影响力的世界大国,不仅在亚太地区,而且在整个世界。因此,中俄关系一直是各领域科学家研究的课题。在这方面,有必要制定研究中俄国际教育合作的新理论和实践方法。随着两国合作的发展,在教育领域的密切合作不仅因为两国有着共同的边界,还应该考虑到人道主义关系的重要作用。在这方面,从学术流动的有效性和教育国际化的角度来研究俄中两国的教育合作显得十分重要和可取。为了进行分析,笔者选择了俄中教育合作的一个环节,即从中国向俄罗斯联邦进口高等教育服务。教育经济的迅速发展,是“教育”概念远远超出投资或服务市场的范畴,成为经济的一个独立分支的结果。如果我们将经济部门定义为一组质量上同质的企业、机构和其他经济单位,其特点是共同或类似的工作条件、人员的专业构成、履行的职能和制造的产品,然后,教育部门很容易被归类为一个教育机构体系。因此,考虑到提出的论点,完成以下任务似乎很重要:1)在世界科学思想中,教育作为一个经济领域的形成过程是被考虑的。2)教育作为一个经济领域的各种理论方法被考虑在内。3)分析了教育作为全球经济领域的特征。4)...
