组织官僚主义与社区森林管理：加蓬农村居民认知视角

　　在任何一个国家或地区,个人或阶层的生活条件,诸如:基本权利、舒适、可获得的必需品和物质物品的是生活水平。像食物、住所、教育设施、卫生设施等基本设施与其它要素,有助于决定生活条件。组织官僚机构是高度有组织的结构,其具有适当的指挥和管理层次结构。该结构分成各个部门,具有明确而高效的决策过程。组织官僚机构的规章制度非常严格。官僚机构应该是公平、有序和高效的。官僚组织结构给生活环境带来稳定。一个适当的层次结构,给任何工作场所都带来稳定。集中权力给组织带来了一致性的愿景帮助定义清晰而准确的目标。权力集中在有限的一组人,这会导致越来越少的部分人参与讨论和决定。任何新观念的文化可接受性,都是人们现有的价值观和态度与新观念的一致性的体现。本研究论文旨在分析组织官僚主义在改善社区林业生活条件和调解中的作用。研究结果表明,集中权力对生活条件的影响并不大,但稳定方向对生活条件的影响较大。同样,支持社区、文化可接受性、结构可接受性三种中介变量的影响,对集中权力与生活条件的关系以及稳定与生活条件的关系都产生了重大的调解作用。因此,所述调解变量在研究中都显示出显著的调解作用。
