老中教育合作：从中国政府奖学金资助老挝学生来华学习的角度分析

　　自1961年4月25日老挝与中国建交以来,老挝人民民主共和国与中华人民共和国的双边合作日益增多,尤其在人力资源开发(HRD)方面。自1990年中国和老挝教育合作以来,奖学金的数量和种类不断增加,为更多的老挝学生提供了在中国学习的机会,也提升了老挝教育系统发展的质量。本文的目的是:(1)根据中国和老挝两国的教育关系/合作,研究中国政府获得中国教育制度奖学金的老挝学生的观点;(2)调查老挝-中国教育体制政策调整的困难和挑战;(3)分析老挝政府如何发展与中国教育合作。该研究的范围集中在2016-2018财年在湖北武汉和中国湖南省长沙获得SCS奖学金/中国政府的老挝学生。就本研究的人口和样本组而言,老挝学生和教育管理者采用了定性和定量方法。调查问卷分发给中国上述省份的老挝奖学金学生和老挝人民民主共和国万象首都老挝教育和体育部的10名老挝教育行政人员,政策制定者和政策利益相关者。本文采用了定量和定性相结合的研究方法,老挝学生和教育管理者的定性和定量研究,找出老挝在教育制度和合作方面存在的挑战。通过使用IBM Statistical Packaged forthe Social Sciences(...
