基于政府引导与政民合作的韩国社区营造

【摘要】：社区营造自20世纪90年代以来在许多亚洲国家和地区发展成为一项引人瞩目的城市更新与社区改造运动。社区营造主要由居民主导,旨在改善社区硬软件环境,强调以人为核心,在提升社区物理环境的同时营造人与人之间的关系网。研究以韩国为例,针对韩国社区营造的政府引导特性,回顾社区营造兴起的背景及历程,剖析其特性及类别,并以首尔市社区共同体营造为实证,集中探讨其发展过程、运作状况及核心价值等,以期为我国通过社区营造方式提升城乡空间品质和社区生活质量提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, community building has developed into a remarkable urban renewal and community transformation movement in many Asian countries and regions. Emphasizing on taking people as the core, while promoting the physical environment of the community and building the relationship network between people. Taking Korea as an example, this paper reviews the background and course of the rise of community building in the light of the government-led characteristics of the community building in Korea, Analyzing its characteristics and categories, and taking the community community construction in Seoul as an example, focusing on its development process, operation status and core value, etc. In order to improve the quality of urban and rural space and community life through the way of community building.
