试论当今非洲社会思潮及其对中非关系的影响

【摘要】：社会思潮是一定时期社会存在的反映,是社会气候的"晴雨表"。当前,政治民主主义、经济民族主义、外交多边主义以及泛非主义等构成当今非洲社会思潮的主要内容。当今非洲社会思潮的产生既是政治、经济和社会发展的反映,也不可避免地受到外部世界的影响。非洲社会思潮不仅作用于非洲大陆内部,而且对中非关系产生重大影响。它既为中非合作带来机遇,又可能对中非政治互信、经贸合作和外交关系以及舆论环境带来消极影响。中国应认真分析,并积极谋划应对之策,以促进中非新型战略伙伴关系的不断发展。
[Abstract]:Social trend of thought is a reflection of social existence in a certain period and a barometer of social climate. At present, political democracy, economic nationalism, diplomatic multilateralism and pan-Africanism constitute the main contents of the current African social ideological trend. The emergence of the current trend of social thought in Africa is not only a reflection of political, economic and social development, but also inevitably influenced by the outside world. The trend of African social thought not only acts on the interior of the continent, but also exerts a great influence on the relations between Africa and Africa. It not only brings opportunities for China-Africa cooperation, but also has a negative impact on China-Africa political mutual trust, economic and trade cooperation and diplomatic relations, as well as the environment of public opinion. China should carefully analyze and actively plan countermeasures to promote the continuous development of the new strategic partnership between China and Africa.
