欧盟应对老龄化未来战略研究方向和路径

【摘要】：人口老龄化是欧洲面临的最严峻挑战之一。欧盟将创新作为应对老龄化问题的重要抓手,努力将潜在"社会负担"转化为"银色机遇",但相关研究创新活动尚存瓶颈。2011年,作为《欧洲2020战略》重要组成部分,欧委会在"创新联盟"框架下启动"欧洲积极和健康的老龄化创新伙伴关系计划",明确了欧盟未来十年老龄化研究路线图,积极应对老龄化趋势。
[Abstract]:Ageing is one of the most serious challenges facing Europe. The EU regards innovation as an important part of dealing with the problem of aging, and strives to turn the potential "social burden" into "silver opportunity", but the related research and innovation activities remain bottlenecks. 2011, as an important part of the European 2020 Strategy, Under the framework of the "Innovation Alliance", the European Commission launched the "European Partnership for active and healthy Aging Innovation", which defines the road map for the EU's research on ageing in the next decade and actively addresses the trend of ageing.
