【摘要】：肃卣铭文中的"■"当为"肃"字异体。"■"当为"择"字。"竞谏"的"竞"为"争言"之义。"静"当读为"诤"。"非命"义为"违命"。"称命"以为"用命"。"■汝"当为"Q汝"。肃卣铭文的大意是:肃之兄伯氏赐肃仆六家,其行为违反王命。被赐之仆发动邑人向上谏诤,抗议伯氏之行为。王命■叔、r/父、父重新付给肃仆以补偿之。铭文反映出西周政治中有"正义"的观念,庶人有向上谏诤,纠正"害义"的政治行为的权利。
