轮船招商局的内河航运历史——以招商内河轮船公司股票为中心

【摘要】：鸦片战争之后,海禁大开,中外互市。在当时的历史条件下,商船是最为重要的运输工具,各国非常重视航运业的发展。我国近代的轮船通航权是在列强逼迫之下逐渐开放的,呈现出先江海后内河的过程。轮船招商局创立于1872年,并于1902年成立其最大附属企业内河轮船公司。中国航海博物馆收藏的招商内河轮船公司股票为1902年(光绪二十八年)其初创时发行,股票、封套、息摺保存完整,品相完好,可窥见内河轮船公司的成立过程、兴衰历史及其与轮船招商局的关系,是我国晚清乃至民国初期波谲云诡的航运历史的最好见证。
[Abstract]:After the Opium War, the sea was closed to the outside world. Under the historical conditions at that time, merchant ships were the most important means of transport, and many countries attached great importance to the development of the shipping industry. The ship Merchants Bureau was founded in 1872. In 1902, it established its largest subsidiary, Inland Shipping Company. The stock of Merchants Inland Shipping Company collected by the China Maritime Museum was issued on 1902 (Guang Xu for 28 years) when it was first launched. It can be seen that the establishment process, the history of rise and fall of inland river shipping company and its relationship with the ship Merchants Bureau are the best witnesses of the turbulent shipping history in the late Qing Dynasty and even the early period of the Republic of China.
