唐越窑与邢窑瓷茶碗比较研究

【摘要】：唐以前的饮茶，是属于药饮或解渴式的粗放饮法，唐以后，则为细煎慢啜式的品饮。因而作为一个重要的饮茶方式和饮茶器具发展过渡的时期，这个时期的茶文化和陶瓷茶具，都是值得的研究对象。陶瓷茶具在唐代以各种形式蓬勃发展，在众多的茶具中，笔者尤喜茶碗，并以唐朝“南青北白”这样的一个特殊的历史背景为研究的范围，通过对大量的图片、文字资料的整理和归纳，，对越窑青瓷茶碗和邢窑白瓷茶碗的工艺、艺术风格以及市场这三个方面来进行比较研究。两者都是一代名窑，各有千秋，都为后世的窑口提供了大量的学习的经验和可操作的技术，同时对后世的创新也起着举足轻重的作用。本文旨在对唐代越窑青瓷茶碗和邢窑白瓷茶碗的全面研究进行有益的补充。
[Abstract]:Tea drinking before the Tang Dynasty was an extensive drinking method of medicine or thirst, and after Tang Dynasty, it was a fine frying and slowly sipping drink. Therefore, as an important tea drinking method and tea drinking utensils, the tea culture and ceramic tea sets of this period were in transition. Ceramic tea sets flourished in various forms in the Tang Dynasty. Among the numerous tea sets, the author especially liked the tea bowls, and took such a special historical background as "the Southern Qing and the Northern White" as the scope of the study. Through the collation and induction of a large number of pictures and text materials, the process, artistic style and market of Yue kiln celadon tea bowl and Xing kiln white porcelain tea bowl are compared and studied. Both are famous kilns of one generation and have their own unique characteristics. For later generations of kilns to provide a lot of learning experience and operational technology, At the same time, it also plays an important role in the innovation of later generations. The purpose of this paper is to make a beneficial supplement to the comprehensive research on the Tang Dynasty Yue kiln celadon tea bowl and Xing kiln white porcelain tea bowl.
