脆弱黏结出土丝织品文物揭展技术研究及应用

【摘要】:丝织品文物经长期地下埋藏,出土时普遍存在严重糟朽、层间黏结的状况。为对丝织品文物进行有效的保护,根据自分层理论,研究出一种在降低丝织品文物层间黏结强度的同时,可以很好地增强丝织品文物本体力学强度的揭展剂。通过AFM、SEM对揭展剂成膜性、渗透性能进行表征,证明了自分层揭展剂分层效果、渗透性良好;使用机械强度、色差仪、硬挺度作为织物性能指标对揭展效果进行评价,证明揭展剂对古代黏结、脆弱丝织品具有良好的揭展、加固效果。应用该揭展剂成功揭展了安徽南陵出土宋代脆弱丝织品文物。
[Abstract]:Silk relics are buried underground for a long time. When unearthed, there is serious decay and interlaminar bonding. In order to protect silk cultural relics effectively, according to the theory of self-stratification, a kind of unwrapping agent which can reduce the bond strength between layers of silk fabrics and enhance the mechanical strength of silk cultural relics is developed. The film-forming and permeable properties of the sprayer were characterized by AFM SEM, and it was proved that the delamination effect of the self-delamination agent was good, and the mechanical strength, chromatic difference meter and stiffness were used as the performance indexes to evaluate the uncovering effect. It is proved that the unfurling agent has a good effect of unrolling and strengthening ancient bonded and fragile silk fabrics. The unearthed cultural relics of the vulnerable silk fabrics of Song Dynasty were unearthed in Nanling, Anhui Province.
