宋代景德镇青白瓷之研究

【摘要】: 在距今3500多年前的商代,中国已出现原始瓷器。在漫长的岁月中,青瓷始终是瓷器生产的主流。到唐代时,由于白瓷的飞速发展,形成了南青北白的局面。到宋代时,瓷器工艺步入了其成熟发展阶段,此时期,各地名窑林立,瓷苑百花争艳,出现了五大名窑,八大窑系,其中又以景德镇为中心的青白瓷窑系最为著名。因青白瓷质地精良,工艺精细,胎骨洁白,细腻致密,制作工整,釉层匀净,釉色莹润,薄而透明而著称,具有美玉之质感,赢得了人们“假玉器”和“佳者莹缜如玉”的高度评价。其一产生,便深得当时各阶层人们的厚爱,各地窑场纷纷仿烧。一时间青白瓷享誉全国,并影响到后世。 本文就从青白瓷名称的来源,青白瓷的起源以及青白瓷的特征等方面对宋代景德镇青白瓷做一个全方位,多视角的探讨。主要内容共括五章: 1、绪论。本章主要包含三个部分,青白瓷概说、景德镇宋代青白瓷研究状况及特点和本文研究的主要问题。首先,对青白瓷的产生和在中国瓷器发展系列中的地位和作用进行了简略回顾;其次,就景德镇宋代青白瓷的基本状况、主要特点、研究形式、研究成果出版著述和研究的内容作了介绍;再次,对本文研究的目的、意义及方法进行了阐释。 2、青白瓷名称小考。本章共括四部分内容,即青白瓷与宋代青白瓷、《诸蕃志》中青白瓷之辨、元明青白瓷、青白瓷与影青瓷。首先,将青白瓷与其它类似瓷器作了简略比较,并对宋代清白发展瓷盛况作了介绍;其次,就《诸蕃志》等书中关于“青白瓷”之说的定性进行了讨论;第三,分别阐述了元代的青白瓷和明代的影青瓷的发展;最后,剖析了青白瓷与影青瓷的关系。 3、宋代景德镇青白瓷的兴起。本章分为三部分,即对青白瓷起源问题的争论、景德镇青白瓷的兴起、源远流长的制瓷史。前先,介绍了有关青白瓷起源的传统观点,提出了与之歧义的青白瓷新起源说,指出河南、安徽、湖北均有早期青白瓷出土;其次,就景德镇青白瓷兴起原因作了分析,丰富的瓷土原料、丰富的水资源和充足的烧瓷燃料构成了当地得天独厚的自然条件;再次,通过回顾景德镇烧瓷的历史,揭示其青白瓷得以产生并成就非凡的人为因素。 4、宋代景德镇青白瓷的特征研究。本章讨论了五个方面的问题,即宋代景德镇青白瓷的记载与出土、宋代景德镇青白瓷的特征、宋代景德镇青白瓷的装饰纹样、宋代景德镇青白瓷的装饰手法、宋代景德镇青白瓷的装烧方法。首先,介绍了文献记载、考古发掘、国外出土的宋代景德镇青白瓷;其次,就宋代景德镇青白瓷的胎釉、造型进行了分析,内容涉及日常生活用器、艺术陈设赏玩和宗教明器神煞三大类别;第三,讨论了宋代景德镇青白瓷的主要装饰纹样,包括植物、动物、人物山水及其它纹样;第四,对宋代景德镇青白瓷常用的刻划、印花、剔花、镂空、釉上加褐彩以及贴塑等装饰手法作了介绍;第五,阐述了宋代景德镇青白瓷的装烧技术从仰烧装烧法到覆烧装烧法的发展。 5、结语。本章主要包括三方面,即对全文进行概括、重申了自己在各章中的重要观点、对本研究内容的展望。首先重申本研究的目的,概括了自己在各章的重要观点。其次阐述自己在研究当中遇到的困难和遗憾,希望在以后的研究和学习中进一步拓展、深化。最后提出与此研究有关的问题。如宋代景德镇青白瓷的外销情况;景德镇青白瓷与周边地区青白瓷的关系等等。希望以此为起点,寄希望于未来,在学术之途,不断追求,不断进步。
[Abstract]:In the Shang Dynasty more than 3500 years ago, China has appeared original porcelain. In the long years, the celadon has always been the mainstream of porcelain production. In the Tang Dynasty, due to the rapid development of the white porcelain, the white porcelain was formed. In the Song Dynasty, the porcelain craft entered its mature development stage. There are five famous kilns and eight kilns, of which the white porcelain kiln, which is the center of Jingdezhen, is the most famous. It is well known for its fine white porcelain, fine technology, white and delicate fetal bone, neat making, transparent glaze, thin and transparent glaze, a fine texture of beautiful jade, and won people "fake jade" and "good translucent jade meticulous jade" Highly appraised. Once it was produced, it was deeply loved by the people of all walks of life at that time, and the kiln houses in all parts of the country followed the burning.
In this paper, from the origin of the name of the white porcelain, the origin of the white porcelain and the characteristics of the white porcelain, this paper makes a comprehensive and multi perspective discussion on the white porcelain of Jingdezhen in the Song Dynasty. The main contents include five chapters.
1, the chapter mainly contains three parts, the outline of white porcelain, the status and characteristics of the study of white porcelain in the Song Dynasty in Jingdezhen, and the main problems in this paper. First, a brief review of the production of white porcelain and its status and role in the development series of Chinese porcelain is briefly reviewed. Secondly, the basic status, main characteristics and research of the white porcelain in the Song Dynasty in Jingdezhen are studied. The form, research results, publications and research contents are introduced; thirdly, the purpose, significance and method of the study are explained.
2, the name of the green white porcelain examination. This chapter includes four parts, that is, white porcelain and the Song Dynasty white porcelain, "Zhubo" and "Zhongqing white porcelain", yuan and Ming white porcelain, white porcelain and shadow celadon. First, the white porcelain and other similar porcelain were briefly compared, and the development of porcelain in the Song Dynasty was introduced. Secondly, on "Zhubo >" and other books about "green" The nature of the "white porcelain" is discussed. Third, the development of the white porcelain in the Yuan Dynasty and the shadow Celadon of the Ming Dynasty are expounded respectively. Finally, the relationship between the white porcelain and the shadow celadon is analyzed.
3, the rise of Jingdezhen white porcelain in the Song Dynasty. This chapter is divided into three parts: the dispute about the origin of the white porcelain, the rise of the white porcelain in Jingdezhen, the long history of porcelain making. First, the traditional viewpoint about the origin of the white porcelain was introduced, and the new origin of the white porcelain was put forward, and the early white porcelain from Henan, Anhui and Hubei was pointed out. Secondly, the reasons for the rise of Jingdezhen white porcelain are analyzed. The rich materials of porcelain clay, rich water resources and abundant porcelain fuel make up the unique natural conditions. Again, by reviewing the history of Jingdezhen porcelain burning porcelain, it reveals that the white porcelain has been produced and achieved remarkable human factors.
4, the characteristics of the Jingdezhen white porcelain in the Song Dynasty. This chapter discusses five aspects, namely the records and unearthed of the Jingdezhen white porcelain in the Song Dynasty, the characteristics of the white porcelain of the Jingdezhen in the Song Dynasty, the decorative patterns of the Jingdezhen white porcelain in the Song Dynasty, the decorative techniques of the white porcelain of the Jingdezhen in the Song Dynasty, and the method of burning the white porcelain of the Song Dynasty. First, the article is introduced. Records, archaeological excavations, and foreign unearthed Jingdezhen white porcelain of the Song Dynasty; secondly, the form of the Song Dynasty Jingdezhen white porcelain fetal glaze, the shape of the analysis, the contents of the daily life, art furnishings and religious clear three categories of God brakes; third, discussed the main decorative patterns of Song Daijing de town blue and white porcelain, including plants, animals, people Material landscape and other patterns; fourth, this paper introduces the decorative techniques of Jingdezhen white porcelain in Song Dynasty, including printing, printing, cutting, hollowing, glaze adding brown color and sticking plastic. Fifth, the development of the burning technology of the Jingdezhen white porcelain in the Song Dynasty is described from the firing method of the invert firing to the overburden firing method.
5, this chapter mainly includes three aspects, that is, to summarize the full text, reiterate the important views of his own chapters and the prospect of the content of this study. First, reaffirm the purpose of this study and summarize the important points of his own in each chapter. Secondly, it expounds the difficulties and regrets that I encountered in the study, and hopes to be in the future research and study. Further expand, deepen, and finally put forward the problems related to this research, such as the export of the Jingdezhen white porcelain in the Song Dynasty, the relationship between the white porcelain of Jingdezhen and the white porcelain in the surrounding areas, and so on. Hope to take this as the starting point for the future, in the academic way, to continue to pursue and step by step.
