明清时期德化白瓷瓷塑研究

【摘要】：明代制瓷工艺继承了宋元以来的成就,在德化窑的瓷器上也开创了新的风格与局面。本文的研究对象限定为德化窑的瓷塑作品。主要研究内容为德化窑瓷塑发展的历史源流。包括了瓷塑的生产与南方地区的宗教关系；东南亚移民和对日贸易与瓷塑外销。并对德化窑的考古现状与外销年代作了分期辩证。回顾德化窑的烧造历史,对德化瓷塑的胎与釉成份进行调查。而瓷塑的成型装饰工艺为德化瓷塑发光发热的主要成因之一,在此对其成型和装饰工艺有更深入的探讨和研究,更进一步认识其制作方法。德化瓷塑作品的题材十分广泛,涉及了东西方的宗教与文化。在此以国内外各大博物馆的藏品和著名瓷塑大家的作品为基础,以瓷塑造型的分类来加以说明。
[Abstract]:Ming Dynasty porcelain technology inherited the achievements since the Song and Yuan dynasties, and created a new style and situation in the porcelain of Dehua kiln. The research object of this paper is the porcelain sculpture of Dehua kiln. The main research content is the historical origin of the development of the porcelain and sculpture of Dehua kiln. Including the production of porcelain sculpture and southern religious relations, Southeast Asian immigrants and trade with Japan and porcelain exports. The archaeological status and export time of Dehua kiln are dialectical by stages. By reviewing the history of Dehua kiln, the composition of tire and glaze of Dehua porcelain was investigated. The molding and decoration process of porcelain plastic is one of the main causes of luminescence and heat of Dehua porcelain plastic. In this paper, the molding and decoration technology of the porcelain plastic is discussed and studied more deeply, and the method of its making is further understood. Dehua porcelain sculpture works of a wide range of subjects, involving the East and West religion and culture. Based on the collections of major museums at home and abroad and the works of famous porcelain sculptures, this paper describes the classification of porcelain sculptures.
