新型城镇化背景下孝泉古镇保护与更新研究

【摘要】：新中国成立以来,我国的城镇化建设在总体上实现了快速发展。但持续高速的城镇化进程也遗留了众多的历史性问题,比如:城镇化水平不高、城镇规模结构不合理等。十八大工作会议以后,中央及时调整城镇化战略,进入新型城镇化阶段。位于川西平原的孝泉古镇,已拥有2000多年的历史,镇内众多的文物古迹、传统的民风民俗以及原始的建筑风貌,都具有鲜明的地方特色和重要的文化价值;发展至今它已成为省级历史文化名镇和国家级重点小城镇。但随着城镇化进程的不断加快,孝泉古镇的社会发展和城镇建设都迎来了巨大的机遇和挑战;古镇的保护与更新问题也日益成为人们关注的焦点。如何在新型城镇化的背景下,科学、有效地实现文化遗产的保护以及自身有效地更新,使之适应当代社会发展的需求,是其文化遗产保护与可持续发展急需解决的问题。文章立足于新型城镇化的背景,以孝泉古镇作为研究对象,采用文献研究、实地调研、案例分析等学科研究方法,辨析了新型城镇化与传统城镇化的区别,并对新型城镇化与古镇保护更新的关系进行了研究。又通过对孝泉古镇实地的走访调查,采用李克特量表法,对包括历史空间保护、居住环境情况和产业发展现状等方面的古镇现状及保护情况,进行了居民满意度的赋分评价,概况总结了孝泉古镇在城镇化发展过程中存在的问题。并引入整体性保护和适应性更新的方法,根据新型城镇化背景下孝泉古镇保护与更新的目的,结合新时期古镇个性特征鲜明化、遗产保护优先化的原则等,在以往相关学者提出的“四态”(即空间形态、产业形态、环境生态、文化形态)基础上又增加了“居住形态”、“居民人态”构成了新型城镇化背景下古镇保护与更新的方向。最后,结合孝泉古镇的发展现状及存在的问题,围绕“六态”提出了新型城镇化背景下孝泉古镇的保护与更新策略。在新型城镇化的背景下,孝泉古镇的保护与更新研究应紧紧围绕“以人为本”的理念展开,尊重当地居民、游客等多方的价值诉求和主体利益,更多地去关注社会空间的发展变化,对古镇内部各组成要素(即“六态”)进行科学合理的保护与更新,以实现古镇居住、生产、生活环境的优化和提升,推动孝泉古镇的可持续发展,从而促进其在新型城镇化建设进程中“质”的变革。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of new China, the urbanization construction in China has achieved rapid development in general. However, there are many historical problems left over in the process of urbanization. For example, the level of urbanization is not high, the scale structure of cities and towns is not reasonable. After the eighteen major work meetings, the central government adjusts the urbanization strategy in a timely manner and enters a new stage of urbanization. The ancient town of Xiao Quan, located in the Western Sichuan plain, has a history of more than 2000 years. Many cultural relics, traditional folk customs and original architectural features have distinctive local characteristics and important cultural values. Since the development, it has become a provincial historical and cultural town and a national key small town. But with the urbanization process Continuous acceleration, the social development and urban construction of the ancient town of Xiao Quan have ushered in great opportunities and challenges, and the protection and renewal of the ancient towns have become the focus of attention. How to realize the protection of cultural heritage scientifically and effectively to adapt to the development of the contemporary society under the background of the new urbanization. Demand is an urgent problem for the protection and sustainable development of its cultural heritage. Based on the background of the new urbanization, the paper takes the ancient town of Xiao Quan as the research object, and uses literature research, field investigation and case analysis to distinguish the difference between the new urbanization and the traditional urbanization, and the new urbanization and the ancient town insurance. The relationship between protection and renewal is studied. Through the investigation of the field visits in the ancient town of Xiao Quan, and using the Li kte scale method, the present status and protection of the ancient towns, including the historical space protection, the living environment and the status of the industrial development, are evaluated. The general situation of the town development in the ancient town of Xiao Quan is summarized. In accordance with the purpose of the protection and renewal of the ancient town of Xiao Quan under the background of new urbanization, combining the purpose of the protection and renewal of the ancient town of Xiao Quan under the background of the new urbanization, the "four states" (space form, industrial form and environment) have been put forward by the relevant scholars in the past. On the basis of ecological and cultural form, the "residence form" is added, and the "resident state" constitutes the direction of protection and renewal of the ancient town under the new urbanization background. Finally, combining the development status and existing problems of the ancient town of Xiao Quan, this paper puts forward the protection and renewal strategy of the ancient town of Xiao Quan under the "six state" in the new urbanization background. Under the background of urbanization, the research on the protection and renewal of the ancient town of Xiao Quan should be carried out closely around the concept of "people-oriented", respect the local residents, the tourists and other various value demands and main interests, and pay more attention to the development and change of the social space, and make scientific and rational protection and more of the elements in the ancient town (the "six state"). In order to realize the optimization and promotion of the residence, production and living environment in the ancient town, the sustainable development of the ancient town of Xiao Quan is promoted so as to promote the "quality" change in the process of the new urbanization.
