醴陵民窑土瓷工艺与文化研究

【摘要】：本文将醴陵民窑手工制瓷工艺与文化作为研究主题,以清雍正年间至新中国成立初期醴陵沩山地区民窑土瓷为研究对象。从醴陵人文与自然环境及民窑土瓷形成、生产、销售入手,揭示醴陵民窑土瓷形成的社会文化因素。通过对湖南民窑陶瓷的历史沿革与醴陵民窑陶瓷历史变迁、醴陵民窑土瓷相关行会及工厂历史沿革的概括,对醴陵民窑土瓷发生发展历史脉络进行梳理,阐述醴陵民窑土瓷生产的物质成因。继而在实地考察的基础上,对醴陵民窑土瓷工艺及造型与装饰等方面的特点进行较为详细的分析。从民窑土瓷原料分布、制坯、彩饰、上釉、烧成等多个工艺流程进行陈述。重点以土瓷鲜器类、良器类、罐器类、杂器类器型的具体实物作为研究对象,对造型理念与装饰手法、吉祥图案,器形而上设计理念及吉祥吉庆诉求进行逐一分析,并阐述土瓷装饰与造型和谐之美于现代陶瓷设计之中的传承与创新。在考察的过程中,笔者还挖掘出诸多蕴藏在醴陵民窑土瓷发展过程中的民俗民艺文化,因此本文也从樊公崇拜、制瓷习俗、拜师习俗等多个方面对民窑土瓷民间习俗进行记述,并分析其所创造的民俗历史文化价值。醴陵民窑土瓷是近代中国南方瓷业生产历史的活化石,笔者致力将醴陵民窑土瓷这一古老几近消失的传统手工艺技能、造型艺术、装饰图案、民俗活动、礼仪节庆等恢复重现,并从历史价值、科学价值、艺术价值角度进行抢救与保护,提出要采取“政府主导、市场运作”办法,动员各方面力量参与对醴陵民窑土瓷这一非物质文化遗产的保护和抢救上来,精心呵护这份弥足珍贵的民间非物质文化遗产并因地制宜打造具有浓郁地方特色的文化产业品牌,使其成为继釉下五彩瓷后极具潜力的醴陵瓷业旅游资源。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the handicraft and culture of Liling Minyao as the research subject and takes the local porcelain of the local kiln in Liling Weishan area from the period of Yongzheng Qing Dynasty to the early stage of the founding of New China as the research object. The social and cultural factors of the formation, production and sale of local porcelain in Liling Minyao are revealed from the aspects of humanities and natural environment in Liling and its formation, production and sale. By summarizing the historical evolution of Hunan Minyao ceramics, the historical changes of Liling kiln ceramics, the related associations of Liling kiln clay ceramics and the historical evolution of the factories, the historical context of the development of Liling Minyao clay ceramics is combed. This paper expounds the material causes of the production of clay porcelain in Liling Minyao kiln. Then, on the basis of field investigation, the characteristics of Liling Minyao clay porcelain technology, modeling and decoration are analyzed in detail. From the distribution of clay porcelain raw materials, green, color decoration, glazing, firing and other technical processes are described. Focusing on the concrete object of earthen porcelain fresh ware, good ware, pot ware and miscellaneous ware as the research object, this paper analyzes the modeling idea and decoration technique, auspicious pattern, metaphysical design idea and auspicious demand one by one. It also expounds the inheritance and innovation of the harmonious beauty of earthen porcelain decoration and modeling in modern ceramic design. In the course of the investigation, the author also excavated a lot of folk art culture hidden in the development process of local porcelain in Liling Minyao. Therefore, this article also describes the folk customs of folk porcelain from many aspects, such as fan Gong worship, porcelain making custom, teacher worship custom and so on. And analyze the historical and cultural value of folklore created by it. Liling Minyao porcelain is a living fossil of the history of porcelain production in modern southern China. The author restores Liling Minyao porcelain, an ancient handicraft skill, plastic arts, decorative patterns, folklore activities, ceremonial festivals, etc., which has almost disappeared. And from the perspective of historical value, scientific value and artistic value, it is proposed to adopt the method of "government leading and market operation". To mobilize all forces to participate in the protection and rescue of the intangible cultural heritage of Liling Minyao and porcelain, to take care of this precious folk intangible cultural heritage and to build a brand of cultural industry with strong local characteristics according to local conditions. Liling porcelain industry tourism resources with great potential after the glaze after the multicolored porcelain.
