北京保护和发展运河文化带的思考

【摘要】：我国是世界遗产大国,依托世界遗产打造文化带,不仅是北京也是世界各国普遍面临的重要议题。北京已在"十三五"规划提出了打造运河文化带。针对当前保护发展中还存在的问题,借鉴里多运河和米迪运河等国外经验,北京应凝练运河文化的内涵,开展重大项目前期研究,实施分区分级管治、建立完善法律体系,推进行政管理体制改革。
[Abstract]:China is a world heritage country, relying on the world heritage to create a cultural belt, is not only Beijing but also the world wide face of important issues. Beijing has proposed a canal culture belt in the 13th five-year plan. In view of the problems still existing in the current protection and development, and drawing on the experiences of foreign countries such as the Lido Canal and the Midi Canal, Beijing should condense the connotation of the Canal culture, carry out the preliminary study of major projects, implement regional and hierarchical governance, and establish and improve the legal system. We will push forward the reform of the administrative system.
