唐韩休墓考古发掘现场霉菌污染物的采集与鉴定

【摘要】:由于温湿度、光能、热能、碳源、营养源等适宜条件的存在,在韩休墓墓室和甬道内的壁画几度发生霉菌滋生现象。本研究通过现场采样,经典霉菌实验技术方法对样品进行霉菌培养、分离和纯化,联合使用扫描电镜技术、显微鉴定技术及分子鉴定技术对霉菌进行分析鉴定,共分离出分属于青霉属、曲霉属、交链孢属和镰刀菌属的霉菌12株,为有针对性地治理墓葬壁画霉菌污染和做好考古现场霉菌早期防治工作提供了可参考依据。
[Abstract]:Due to the existence of temperature and humidity, light energy, heat energy, carbon source, nutrient source and other suitable conditions, the murals in the tomb and corridor of Han Xiu tomb have several degrees of mildew breeding phenomenon. In this study, the samples were cultured, isolated and purified by field sampling and classical mold experiment. The fungi were analyzed and identified by scanning electron microscopy, microscopical identification and molecular identification. A total of 12 strains of fungi belonging to Penicillium, Aspergillus, Alternaria and Fusarium were isolated, which provided a reference basis for the targeted treatment of fungal contamination in tomb murals and for the early prevention and control of fungi in archaeological sites.
