论麦吉的离断律反例

【摘要】：在1985年的文章中,麦吉提出了三个离断律的反例,进而论证离断律不是一个普遍有效的推论规则。本文试图梳理各种支持与反对的意见,进一步重新检视麦吉的离断律反例。本文将论证此议题涉及三个层次:如何判断一个论证是不是离断律的论证形式,如何理解论证中的条件句,以及如何定义有效性。最后,本文论证麦吉的反例不是真正的反例。
[Abstract]:In 1985, McGee put forward three counterexample of breaking law, and then proved that break law is not a universal and effective corollary rule. In this paper, there are three levels of argument: how to judge whether an argument is a form of argument, how to understand the conditional sentence in argument, and how to define validity. This paper argues that McGee's counterexample is not a real counterexample.
