试析论证的微观结构

【摘要】：本文对论证的主要构件（标志词、论点、理由、论证方式）、扩展的结构（隐含前提、构造）以及论证终点三部分进行了较为系统的分析，提出了保证论据基本价值的四个必要条件、假设的四个特点、补充隐含前提的四条原则，从而否定了逻辑教科书对论证方式的分类，否定了对复杂论证的简单评估。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a systematic analysis of the main components of the argument (sign words, arguments, reasons, argumentation), the extended structure (implied premise, structure) and the three part of the argument, and puts forward the four necessary conditions for the basic value of the argument, the four characteristics of the hypothesis, and the four principles of supplementation of the implied premise, thus negating the logic teaching. The classification of argumentation has negated the simple assessment of complex argumentation.
