论断定的知识规范

【摘要】：断定规范问题是当代知识论的研究热点。威廉姆森对于断定的知识规范提出了一种纯粹认知导向的解释,即"人们必须:断定P仅当他知道P"。这种解释面临着脱离言语实践、约束性过强和理论观点自相矛盾等质疑。通过对威廉姆森的解释进行弱化和发展,断定的知识规范可以解释为:"人们断定P是认知上可允许的,当且仅当他知道P"。这种新解释强调它是一种认知规范,与此同时,断定行为被理解为一种言说者对于聆听者的承诺。生活世界决定了断定规范的多元化,但是断定的认知规范才是根本的、原初的断定规范。
[Abstract]:The determination of norms is a hot topic in contemporary knowledge theory. Williamson put forward a purely cognitive-oriented interpretation of the norms of knowledge in determinations, that is, "one must: determine P only if he knows P." This kind of explanation is confronted with questions such as being free from verbal practice, too restrictive and contradictory in theory. By weakening and developing Williamson's interpretation, the rules of knowledge can be interpreted as: "people conclude that P is cognitively admissible if and only if he knows P." This new interpretation emphasizes that it is a cognitive norm, and at the same time, deterministic behavior is understood as a speaker's commitment to the listener. The world of life determines the diversity of deterministic norms, but the cognitive norms of determinations are fundamental.
