基于马克思主义民族理论的民族文化权利保护

【摘要】：随着城市化和经济全球化进程的推进,少数民族文化权利的法律保护面临着前所未有的挑战。对于相关问题的解决首先要寻求根本性的思想根基,在此基础上所展开的各种文化权利的保护工作才能扎实有效。归根到底,少数民族文化权利的法律保护也是马克思主义理论中国化的具体实践,而民族平等是马克思主义民族理论的核心,因此民族平等应该是民族文化权利法律保护问题解决最为核心的理论基石。在此从立法和实践两个层面指出我国在少数民族文化权利法律保护方面取得的成就和面临的困境,提出了马克思主义民族平等思想指导下国内少数民族文化权利法律保护完善的具体路径。
