【摘要】：列宁的学习观是列宁主义理论的重要组成部分，是列宁关于学习的本质、规律和方法的理论观点。列宁在领导俄国无产阶级革命和社会主义建设过程中，以马克思恩格斯的学习理论为理论基础，批判地吸收西方传统学习观，特别是俄国传统学习观的精华，并总结了俄国无产阶级实践经验，逐步形成了列宁主义学习观。列宁学习观是对马克思主义学习理论的继承和创造性发展。列宁学习观内容十分丰富，主要包括：学习本质论、学习内容论、学习方法论、学习作用论等组成部分，系统地回答了什么是学习、学习什么、怎样学习、为什么要学习等一系列基本问题，形成了严谨的理论逻辑体系。列宁认为：人是学习的主体，学习是人的一种创造性、批判性、知行统一的活动；学习的内容主要包括：马克思主义理论学习、科学技术学习、人文知识学习、实践能力学习等。列宁倡导的学习方法有：理论联系实际、学以致用、外部灌输与自我修养相结合、吸收继承与创新发展相统一。列宁认为，学习是培养共产主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人的基本途径，是提高全民素质特别党员干部素质的根本举措，是增强社会主义国家的综合国力特别是文化软实力的迫切需要。因此，列宁的学习观具有实践性、科学性、大众性、开放性等基本特征。构建全民学习和终身学习的学习型社会，建设马克思主义学习型政党是我国当前全党全民的一项重要战略任务，，正确领会和把握列宁的学习观对于我们建设马克思主义学习型政党、构建全民学习和终身学习的学习型社会，贯彻科教兴国和人才强国战略，建设文化强国，具有重要的现实意义。
