【摘要】：周恩来是新中国成立的开拓者和创始人之一，他在长期的革命斗争中和社会实践中形成了独特的民本理念。周恩来民本思想是周恩来在批判地吸收了中国传统民本思想以及近代中西方民主思想，并把马克思主义群众观运用于中国民主革命和社会主义建设的具体实践的基础上所形成的一系列独创性经验的理论总结，是对马克思主义群众观及中国传统民本思想的继承和发展，是较为科学的民本思想。周恩来民本思想中的“民”，是作为独立的个体而存在的，，有独立的意识和人格，是权利和义务的统一载体。他的民本思想是以人民为主体，密切联系群众并全心全意为人民服务，重视民情、民意、民生。当前，我们正处于构建社会主义和谐社会、全面建设小康社会和继续推进党的建设的伟大历史进程之中，研究周恩来民本思想无疑具有极其重要的当代价值。为此，选择周恩来民本思想为研究课题，以期得出有益于解决当前问题的结论。本文以周恩来民本思想为主要研究对象。全文共分为四部分：第一部分，阐述周恩来民本思想的理论来源及其实践基础。从中国传统的民本思想到近代资产阶级的民本思想再到马克思主义的群众观来仔细论述周恩来民本思想的理论来源；而中国革命的经验教训和周恩来独特的个人经历则是周恩来民本思想的实践基础。第二部分，也是本文的重点部分，系统论述了周恩来民本思想的基本宗旨、基本要求、基本原则和基本观点。一切为了人民、坚持群众路线是周恩来民本思想的基本宗旨和基本要求；实事求是是周恩来民本思想得以推行的基本原则；周恩来民本思想的基本观点从四方面即“坚持人民民主观”、“实现人民富裕观”、“提高人民素质观”和“保护人民安全观”来进行全面的探讨。第三部分，周恩来民本思想的特征。这一部分对周恩来民本思想的特征进行了全面概括，总结出了周恩来民本思想的鲜明特征，即鲜明的实践性、深刻的人民性和高度的科学性。第四部分，探讨了周恩来民本思想的价值。这一部分从理论与现实两个角度对周恩来民本思想的价值进行了分析，进一步明确了学习和研究周恩来民本思想的重要性和必要性。
[Abstract]:Zhou Enlai is one of the new China founded pioneer and founder, he formed the unique concept of the people in the long-term revolutionary struggle and social practice. This article is based on Zhou Enlai's people - based thought as the main research object. The full text is divided into four parts:
The first part explains the theoretical source and practical basis of Zhou Enlai's thought of the people. China from the traditional thought of the people to the modern bourgeois humanism to Marx's concept of the masses to carefully discuss the theoretical origin of Zhou Enlai's thought of the people; but the lessons from the China revolution and Zhou Enlai's unique personal experience is the basis of practice Zhou Enlai's thought of the people.
The second part is the key part of this article, discusses the basic tenet of Zhou Enlai's thought of the people the basic requirements, the basic principles and basic ideas. The third part is the characteristics of Zhou Enlai's people-oriented thought.
