【摘要】：马克思主义公平效率观贯穿于马克思和恩格斯的哲学、政治经济学和科学社会主义的理论体系中,是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分。我国在马克思主义理论的指导下,妥善处理公平与效率的关系,实现了社会主义经济的发展与社会的和谐稳定。我国在不同时期有不同的发展目标,生产力与生产关系也呈现出不同的特点,当今如何实现全面建成小康社会的目标并避免走向“中等收入陷阱”等问题,需要我国进一步完善公平效率理论并为此提供理论支撑。深入研究马克思主义公平效率观有利于正确认识和处理公平与效率的关系,有利于社会主义市场经济体制的完善发展,也有利于人的全面发展。马克思主义公平效率观的研究方法以文献梳理为主。首先,对马克思主义关于公平与效率的基本理论观点进行概述,主要包括马克思主义公平观、效率观和马克思主义对公平与效率关系的观点三个方面。在马克思主义看来,同属于经济领域的公平与效率分属于生产关系与生产力两个层面,公平的根本体现在于制度公平,效率的最大化即生产力的提高,两者在社会发展的过程中呈现辩证统一的关系,因此不能片面强调公平或者效率。其次,坚持用马克思主义的态度去对待马克思主义的问题,在理论研究的基础上阐述马克思主义公平与效率共同发展的实践途径,马克思主义强调在法律和制度的保障下充分调动人的生产积极性是实现公平与效率的共同发展的有效途径。最后,阐述马克思主义公平效率观对社会制度的完善、社会问题的解决和人的全面发展三个方面的现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:Marxist view of fair and efficiency runs through the philosophy of Marx and Engels, political economy and scientific socialism theory system, is an important part of Marxist theory. Under the guidance of Marxist theory, our country has properly handled the relationship between fairness and efficiency, and has realized the development of socialist economy and the harmony and stability of society. China has different development goals in different periods, and the productive forces and relations of production also show different characteristics. Nowadays, how to realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and avoid the "middle income trap", etc. Need our country to further perfect the fair efficiency theory and provide theoretical support for this. It is beneficial to understand and deal with the relationship between fairness and efficiency, to perfect the development of socialist market economy system and to develop people in an all-round way. The research method of Marxist view of fair and efficiency is mainly combed with literature. First of all, the author summarizes the basic theoretical viewpoints of Marxism on fairness and efficiency, including Marxist view of fairness, view of efficiency and Marxist view on the relationship between fairness and efficiency. In the view of Marxism, fairness and efficiency, which belong to the economic field, belong to the two levels of production relations and productive forces. The fundamental embodiment of fairness lies in institutional fairness, and the maximization of efficiency is the improvement of productivity. There is a dialectical and unified relationship between the two in the process of social development, so we can not emphasize equity or efficiency one-sidedly. Secondly, adhere to the attitude of Marxism to deal with the problem of Marxism, on the basis of theoretical research on the basis of Marxist fairness and efficiency of the common development of practical ways, Marxism emphasizes that it is an effective way to realize the common development of fairness and efficiency to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of human production under the guarantee of law and system. Finally, the paper expounds the realistic guiding significance of Marxist view of fairness and efficiency in three aspects: the perfection of social system, the solution of social problems and the all-round development of human beings.
