走向公共空间与废除私人领域——恩格斯妇女解放思想与自由主义女权理论比较研究

【摘要】：自由主义女权理论诉诸契约论,试图以普遍契约消除自然状态和政治国家的区隔,把自然状态人们所具有的权利带入政治国家,将女性从没有政治权利的家庭女仆变成参与政治国家的女公民,以实现男女平权、妇女解放。但契约论者所讲的天赋人权其核心是财产权,其主旨是论证人们对财产占有的不平等。晚年恩格斯以两种生产理论对妇女解放问题做过系统论述,他认为,妇女在政治国家中的无权状态不过是妇女在私人领域、市民社会屈从地位的反映。个体家庭及父权制的真实根基是财产私有制。要实现男女平等,要使妇女真正走向公共空间,就必须消灭私有制,废除私人领域。
[Abstract]:The liberal feminist theory appeals to the theory of contract, trying to eliminate the division between the natural state and the political state by universal contract, and bring the rights of the people in the natural state into the political state. Change women from domestic maids who have no political rights to women citizens who participate in political states to achieve equality between men and women and emancipate women. But the core of the human rights of nature is property right, and its main purpose is to prove the inequality of people's possession of property. In his later years Engels systematically discussed the emancipation of women in two production theories. He thought that women's powerlessness in the political state was only the reflection of women's status in the private sphere and the subservient status of the civil society. The real foundation of individual family and patriarchy is private property ownership. In order to achieve equality between men and women, we must eliminate private ownership and abolish the private sphere.
