马克思恩格斯生态思想对培育绿色责任意识的方法论意义探析

【摘要】：十八大报告指出建设生态文明，是关系人民福祉，关系民族未来的长远大计。面对资源约束趋紧、环境污染严重、生态系统退化的严峻形势，必须树立尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的生态文明理念，把生态文明建设放在突出地位，融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设各方面和全过程，努力建设美丽中国，，实现中华民族永续发展。社会绿色责任是社会责任传承文明的全新体现。不论是国家、企业、个人履行绿色责任，是建设生态文明，走可持续发展道路的必然要求;是顺应社会绿色消费潮流和绿色市场发展的必然选择;是人类社会自身实现永续发展的重要保障。生态文明建设迫切需要各方面的力量履行和承担与落实社会绿色责任，既要从马列主义的历史观出发，认识到这一任务的艰巨性，又要运用马克思主义理论全面的推进对履行绿色责任的认识。并在推进策略上和方式上更应注重全面运用马列主义来指导实践思路，一方面以培育和发展生态经济为中心，以建立正确的利益导向机制为着力点，注重人类生态自然环境的可持续性，把培育和发展生态文化作为抓手积极的履行社会绿色责任，达到人与自然的和谐可持续性的发展。另一方面积极的发展现代化的“绿色、环保、低碳”示范企业基地。让绿色责任的落实和履行成为国家、企业、个人和整个社会的一种共识和一种自觉的意识。其中企业的绿色责任的履行是重点，企业最主要的是要有绿色责任意识，并且要把意识变为一种行动，既要注重眼前利益，更要放眼长远利益，从企业履行绿色责任的目标出发制定和规划发展战略，生产过程中始终贯彻绿色责任的同时，不断完善提升自身的绿色责任意识和行动力。社会不仅需要更多的绿色产品，也需要一系列的认真履行绿色责任的企业，因为人类需要为后人留下一个可以持续发展的绿色的发展空间。本文通过对国内外有关运用马恩生态思想对绿色责任意识的研究的现状和存在的问题进行多方面的分析，解读绿色责任意识及相关的概念和内涵，探究转变发展方式和实现可持续发展，就需要更好的培养和强化绿色责任意识的意义。之后在分析了全球绿色责任意识缺乏的问题及原因的基础上，本文对如何运用马列主义生态思想来培育绿色责任意识的科学方法论进行思考并提出几点粗浅的建议进行阐述。希望就马克思恩格斯生态思想对培育绿色责任意识的方法论意义进行探析，从而为促进人类培养绿色责任意识和更好的履行绿色责任尽一份绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress pointed out that the construction of ecological civilization is a long-term plan related to the well-being of the people and the future of the nation. In the face of the severe situation of tight resource constraints, serious environmental pollution and degradation of the ecosystem, we must establish the concept of ecological civilization that respects nature, complies with nature and protects nature, puts the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position and integrates it into economic construction. Political construction, cultural construction, all aspects and the whole process, efforts to build a beautiful China, to achieve sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Social green responsibility is a new embodiment of social responsibility to inherit civilization. Whether it is a country, an enterprise or an individual to fulfill their green responsibilities, it is an inevitable requirement for building ecological civilization and taking the road of sustainable development, and is an inevitable choice to conform to the trend of social green consumption and the development of green market. It is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of human society itself. The construction of ecological civilization urgently needs all kinds of strength to fulfill, undertake and implement the social green responsibility. It is necessary to recognize the arduous nature of this task from the view of Marxism-Leninism history. We should use Marxist theory to promote the realization of green responsibility. On the one hand, we should focus on the cultivation and development of ecological economy as the center and the establishment of a correct interest oriented mechanism as the focus of the overall use of Marxism-Leninism to guide the practice. We should pay attention to the sustainability of human ecological natural environment and take the cultivation and development of ecological culture as the starting point to carry out the social green responsibility actively to achieve the harmonious and sustainable development of man and nature. On the other hand, the positive development of modern "green, environmental protection, low-carbon" demonstration enterprise base. Let the implementation and implementation of green responsibility become a consensus and a conscious consciousness of the country, the enterprise, the individual and the whole society. Among them, the implementation of the green responsibility of the enterprise is the key. The most important thing for the enterprise is to have a sense of green responsibility, and to turn consciousness into an action. It is necessary not only to pay attention to immediate interests, but also to look at the long-term interests. Starting from the goal of carrying out the green responsibility, the enterprise formulates and plans the development strategy, carries out the green responsibility all the time in the production process, at the same time, unceasingly consummates and promotes own green responsibility consciousness and the action ability. Society needs not only more green products, but also a series of enterprises that fulfill the green responsibility seriously, because human beings need to leave a sustainable green development space for future generations. Based on the analysis of the present situation and the existing problems of the research on the green responsibility consciousness by using Man's ecological thought at home and abroad, this paper interprets the concept and connotation of the green responsibility consciousness and the related concepts and connotations. It is necessary to cultivate and strengthen the sense of green responsibility in order to explore the transformation of development mode and the realization of sustainable development. Then on the basis of analyzing the problems and reasons of the lack of the global green responsibility consciousness, this paper discusses how to use the Marxism-Leninist ecological thought to cultivate the scientific methodology of green responsibility consciousness and puts forward some superficial suggestions. The author hopes to probe into the methodological significance of Marx and Engels' ecological thought in cultivating the sense of green responsibility, so as to promote the cultivation of the sense of green responsibility and the better performance of green responsibility.
